Ahhhhh, I can hardly contain myself. For years, every time the Renegade Craft Fair was in my neighborhood, I had something going on that kept me away (insert sobbing and fist pounding here). But someone was looking down on me this year (thanks Nonnie) because today we got on the train and took ourselves to Brooklyn, and spent the day,( which was beautiful, by the way, after the week of 95+ degrees). The food was endless,(due to the fact that the Brooklyn Flea was right next door today) and the shopping amazing. Some stand outs from today, Couch where I bought an crazy gorgeous new camera strap, Bunny Butt where I picked up some coconut lime lip balm and some great smelling essential oils (i stink real nice right now). The great folks from For The Makers were there with a DIY bracelet workshop, which was so cool, but unfortunately I was with my very (white) Irish husband who was already being a trooper, I couldn't ask him to wait in the sun while I made bracelets, right? I contemplated a bee wallet from Shara Porter, but didn't buy (and am regretting it now), Matthew had some weird (but delicious) ice cream from Alchemy Creamery, there was gems from Saru Star, tee shirts from FuzzyInk, and toys by Diane Koss, And these really great bike seat covers that I'm soooo ordering from Beatrice Holiday. Enough with the talking, here's some pic's. Can't wait till the Holiday Market in November!
