Starting a new business is both nerve racking and tingling at the same time. And now is probably both the best and the worst time to do it. Work is BUSY, and sometimes it feels as if I haven't spent two seconds in my home store or chatted for 5 minutes with the new people I spent such a long time hand picking to work in our store. And then there's all the Fall type things going on, like festivals, and foliage and squeezing in the family visits and the live music that becomes few and far between once the weather becomes colder and all everyone wants to do is stay inside and make soup and bake. I just thank my luck stars that I have a partner that rocks
like no other and tons of people that really believe in us. Thanks again for all the well wishes. The start up has taken a little longer than we anticipated, and we already had our first cancellation, but it's fine. To relax and regroup and take in some of this beautiful fall that seems to be happening all around me, I ventured once again, out to my favorite place, the east end of LI. Here's a few shots of the day. As for the new business, please join us over at The Way We See it Studio. We're so excited!
